Many of the performers now reaching new heights with NPS, didn't arrive with established CVs full of professional credits.
For most, we've been there for the first headshots. We've produced their first showreels, helped build their first Spotlight profiles, guided them through their first self-tapes, celebrated the first recall and, of course, that unforgettable first booking.
We've trained many of them too.
We've watched their skillsets develop, their confidence grow and their understanding of the industry mature. We've guided families through decisions, advocated for our performers, helped shape professional profiles and continually asked the same question:
What's next and how do we make sure they're ready for it?
Their talent, passion and hard work belong to them. Their families have played an enormous part in making these journeys possible. But we're incredibly proud of the role NPS has played in nurturing, guiding and helping to build those careers along the way.
Because we don't simply represent.
We guide. We nurture. We develop. We advocate. And we continue to grow alongside our clients.
As their careers have developed, our job has changed with them.
The conversations are different.
The opportunities are bigger.
The industry relationships are wider.
And the level at which we need to operate continues to rise.
That's why NPS Management is evolving.
Not because we want to leave behind what we were, but because what we've built together is ready for its next chapter.
We want to continue discovering and nurturing exciting emerging talent while creating the infrastructure, relationships and representation our more established performers need to compete at the highest level.
FOR THOSE JUST STARTING.
FOR THOSE JUST GETTING STARTED.
Two stages of a career. One management. One ethos.
We're raising the level, not changing the values.
"I love getting to know our clients and their families. Regardless of where they live, through our events or check ins, I get to work with them individually and give feedback in order to help them become confident in their craft. This also enables me to know who is right for what casting without having to flick through clients or depend on any type of filtering system."
We're interested in careers, not quick wins.
We want our clients to book incredible jobs, but we believe good management goes far beyond the next booking.
Our ethos is built on transparency, hard work, professionalism and passion. We guide young performers and their families through the realities of the industry while nurturing their talent, building their knowledge and preparing them for longevity.
We understand that life happens. We don't believe in perfection but we expect communication, commitment and a willingness to grow.
Whatever the credits, we want every performer to leave us more knowledgeable, resilient and prepared for whatever comes next.
The opportunity might arrive overnight. The preparation didn't. That's why we prepare for careers, not just castings.

We do not charge you anything to join our Management as we work like most agency's, on commission. However, there are minimum costs that working actors should expect to pay for such as Headshots and Spotlight fees (Online directory).
Whilst we can represent you without these two assets, we can not submit you for every opportunity that others might be put forward for.
In short, like most agencies, we can't. Our management team however, is driven to take on a select amount of clients so that you don't get lost in the crowd. We want to know each individual personally so that we can submit them for the opportunities best suited to them furthermore likely to thrive.
Unfortunately this does not guarantee that you will gain representation with our Management. A lot of factors go into considering whether SQUAD are suited for Management and this is not always to do with skill set. If you have any questions with regards to your young performer in particular please get in touch.
The industry can move very quickly, and opportunities may come with little notice. This can mean last-minute self-tapes, recalls in different locations or jobs that require you to be available at short notice. When those opportunities arise, we need you to be prepared to engage, respond promptly and, where possible, accept the work.
It's also important that you keep us updated with your current skill set, training and availability, so we can put you forward accurately and confidently.
You don't need to be available 24/7 but when the opportunity comes, you need to be ready to commit.
We are working for our clients every day, even when you don't see it, so good communication and reliability are essential to making the relationship work. Whilst great opportunities come across we only want to work with those that are dedicated enough to accept the challenge over and over again consistently.
We believe that the performing arts is for everyone. If we can help you to fully access and be included in our sessions, taking into consideration any additional needs, please let us know. Do not hesitate to get in touch via email/phone to discuss how we can support you or your young performer.
