Associates Programme Payment
From purchasing this ticket you will have made your full payment of £215 for the Acting Associates Programme September 25 - February 26
Northern Prep Squad will be keeping track of all payments and reserve the right to deny anyone entry based on lack of payment. The sum of £215 is due before the first session scheduled 21/10/25.
All payment details can be found on your contract which you will have received via your acceptance email. This contract must be filled out in full and submitted before the 31/07/25 in order for the young performer named to access entry onto the course. Please be reminded that this is a legal binding contract where you agree to pay £215 for the whole course regardless of missed sessions or incompletion and any breech in contract will be taken to our legal team.

Please read all of these terms and conditions. Before accepting your place on the programme, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain everything you need to know and that you are happy with the contents. AGREEMENT
By signing/submitting this contract and accepting a place on the Associates Programme with Northern Prep Squad and attending at least one session, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions please find below. This is a legally binding document and should be read through carefully before signing/submitting.
This Contract sets out the particulars of employment of the Child Employee with the Producer as at today’s date for the duration of the Term. This is a legally binding document and the Child Employee’s Parents/Legal Guardians should ensure that a legally qualified professional reviews the document to ensure that the Child Employee and Parents/Legal Guardians are comfortable with it.
1. Application
A.These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of the services by you (the customer/Squad).
B.These are the terms and conditions on which we (Northern Prep Squad) offer our services to you. By joining our programme, you agree to bound these terms and conditions. You can only purchase our services and agree to our contract if you are 18 and above. Those below the age of 18 will need parental/guardians permission.
2. Services
A. The main description of the specific services purchased can be found on our website (www.northernprepsquad.co.uk) and any other advertisement produced by Northern Prep Squad.
B. We can make changes to the services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify the purchaser of any changes made.
3. Customer responsibilities
A. You must cooperate with us in all matters relating to our services. You will provide us with all information required to perform the service and notify us of any changes.
B. Failure to comply with the above is a customer default and could result in losing your place on the programme.
4. Personal information
A. We retain and use all personal information strictly under the data protection policy for the associate programme only.
B. We will contact you via email/phone with regards to the programme only. If you wish to receive more information with regards to other events you will have to manually sign up to our mailing list via the website.
5. Basis of sale
A. When an order has been submitted through the website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will inform you of the reason without any delay.
B. The order process is set out on the website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the order process correctly including the correct email address that you would like us to use.
C. You will then receive an email containing order confirmation. You will then check that all the information is correct and inform us of any errors.
6. Expectations
A. We expect all programme students to attend suitably dressed with clothes they can move in and practical footwear including provided uniform. Apart from Associates uniform, all other garments worn should be plain black unless they are Northern Prep Squad branded. If not, you will be asked to remove regardless of weather/temperature of the studio. If we do not see this as compatible, you should be prepared to be asked to remove your shoes and socks, jewellery or anything else deemed unsafe for practice.
B. If you were to lose any set uniform, you will be asked to replace it at your own cost.
C. Any personal belongings that are brought to classes will be at the owner's risk. Northern Prep Squad does not hold responsibility for damages or loss of personal items.
D. Parents and guardians will not be able to sit in any classes, workshop or masterclasses due to strict health and safety, child protection and safeguarding regulations although you may be invited in at our discretion.
E. All Parents/Guardians should keep us informed of any issues that arise in regards to our Associates Squad, including mental and physical issues that relate to their training on the Associates Programme. This also includes any issues within the Associates Programme with staff, curriculum or other Squad members. This should be communicated to Northern Prep Squad via email as soon as possible so that all matters can be dealt with promptly. If Northern Prep Squad are not made aware of any situations then it is impossible to deal with them promptly and with any effect.
F. We expect all participants to apply themselves in an appropriate manner by always being respectful to others including staff and guest teachers.
G. If there is a failure to comply with these expectations, Northern Prep Squad reserves the right to ask a person to leave the programme with immediate effect with no refund on payments.
H. Acceptance onto the Associates programmes does not automatically gain you representation with our agency. More information about management can be found on our website.
I. Committing to our Associates Programme comes with an understanding that each session is held at Excel Dance Academy, Sheffield S20 3FS. Traveling to and from the studios is not the responsibility of Northern Prep Squad staff or a basis of cancelation of contract.
J. Regular attendance is important, the content we cover is designed for students to take away, reflect on, and apply throughout the month. Progress depends on both participation during sessions and continued work outside of them, and we cannot be held responsible if improvements are not made where this commitment is not maintained.
7. Fees and payment
A. By accepting your place on the Associates programme you are agreeing to the course fees in full regardless of any opportunities to split payments.
B. You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details on our secured website. We can only secure your place when payment is made as we can not reserve places. You will be sent a link as part of your acceptance email which will take you to our secured website.
C. For those accepting the Acting Associates programme only you must pay the full 5 month course fees of £215 upfront and in full for the course September 25 to February 26 before the first session in September 25.
D. For those accepting the Musical Theatre Associates programme only you must pay the first instalment of fees at £215 upfront before the first session in September 25 for the 10 month course running September 25 to July 26. The second instalment of £215 has to be paid before the March 26 session. You can also pay the full course fees upfront if you wish.
E. For those accepting the Musical Theatre Associates programme September 25 to July 26 and the Acting Associates programme September 25 to February 26, the full Acting payment of £215 and half of the Musical Theatre payment of £215 must be paid before the September 25 sessions. The remainder of the Musical Theatre fee of £215 must be paid before the March 26 session.
8. Customer cancellation policy
A. If you wish to cancel your place on the Northern Prep Squad’s Associate programme once you have signed and confirmed your place for the year, you are not entitled to a refund of any kind.
B. If you cancel you will still be expected to pay for the full programme price detailed 7C, 7D & 7E as you have taken a place that can not be filled half way through the course.
C. If you do not attend a class, workshop or masterclass, there will be no exemption from payment or rescheduled missed class.
9. Suppliers cancelation rights
A. We (Northern Prep Squad) reserve the rights to cancel or reschedule a class/workshop or masterclass, due to any unforeseen circumstances, although we would notify you of this at the earliest of convenience and organise an alternative for programme attendees.
B. If Northern Prep Squad was to cancel a class with no reschedule, all attendees would receive a refund for this class breakdown.
C. If a masterclass visitor could not attend an event as advertised, Northern Prep Squad would do its best to provide a similar facilitator for the event to still take place and would inform you of this change at earliest of convenience.
